And part of the reason I don't associate with folks of any particular car model. I would like to know what you guys are trying to accomplish, get respect, get supra owners to buy Z's? I think if you just wanted to let them know about this particular car, you would have posted the car, the numbers then STFU. Let them talk among themselves and ONLY answer questions. This better and worse bullshit which only debates subjective things is annoying. If I was a Supra owner on my car's forum, this would just piss me off. Its just kinda sad, cause "reaching over to stir the Supra boys" only emphasizes that we think we need to de-throne them or have something to prove. I don't think I'm really going to get my point across, because I'm not interested in making this horribly lengthy. I can tell you though, that maybe I feel this way because my perspective about cars is different. I bought a Z mostly because aesthetics and craftsmanship, my perfect Z would have small, fast-spooling turbo's that give me a quick and reliable 450hp. Everything else would be as close to stock form as possible. I would have absolutely no external gauges disrupting the interior lines. I don't give a shit about which one runs down a line faster, I just want to enjoy the car where it would be driven the most, the street. So, if my views fail to see why what you guys are doing is important, ignore me.
